Board Meetings: 4th Thursday every other month @ 4:30PM located at 410 Salado Plaza. Anyone can come to a Board Meeting. In order to participate, you must be put on the agenda first. Please see Forms and Reports to download your Agenda request form. The Agenda is normally published the Monday prior to the Board Meeting.

Our Scheduled Meetings are on the 4th Thursday of March, May, July, September and November.

Our ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING is on the 4th Thursday of January at 6:30PM. Location to be announced.
